Mike Ellinghaus is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations for National Distributing Company (NDC), where he oversees sales execution and operations across Georgia and New Mexico. Since joining NDC in 2006, Mike has held multiple leadership positions, beginning his career in Maryland before relocating to Georgia.

Throughout his tenure, Mike has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to developing people. He focuses on strengthening brands, delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strategic supplier partnerships, and driving a culture of winning. He is passionate about helping teams achieve sustainable growth while creating an environment where employees can thrive. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and resides in Georgia with his wife, Elle, and their two daughters, Emmy and Ellabelle.
